NH Towns A-M, SB 319~Freedom of Speech

{I started this accountability project  weeks ago. I immediately became discouraged when I saw how many republicans voted yes on this bill let alone how many did not vote at all. I learned last night that there was a reason why many of the Republicans did not vote. It was out of a sort of protest and a 2/3's parliamentary rule. They knew that the democrats would pass this, so they kind of staged a walk out. Problem was, not enough people walked out. If 6 more people had 'not voted' the bill would have been tossed out. At least for that day. So the math didn't work out. I think its sad that these Reps had to go to these lengths to try and stop an unconstitutional bill. I will say it again. An unconstitutional bill. To further add salt to the wound, I find out that 3 Republican Senators Co-sponsored the bill. Jeb Bradley, Nancy Stiles, and Bob Odell. }

Elections have consequences.
The results of the election that took place in 2012 have had grave consequences for the people of the State of NH. 2012 gave the Democrats a majority in the House, and then the assault began on the “Live Free or Die State." I have been chided before for being partisan. I really wish I didn’t have to be. But when a bill is passed and it either raises taxes or chips away at the State or Federal constitution, the facts are the facts. Roll calls are publicly posted. These bills that are bad for individuals and business are vastly written and passed by the democrat party. That is not to say that there are not Republicans that also supportprogressive ideology.' Last year, I was shocked to find out that Mike Huckabee supports Common Core. I actually sent him a letter last year asking him what was the difference between CC for education and Obamacare for the Healthcare. No reply was given.
Elections have consequences

In less than 2 months NH will have its State primary. I have researched a few bills that have passed in the last legislative session. I have looked up roll calls in order to see where your and my representatives had voted on the issues. The topics I will cover are Freedom of Speech SB319, Expanded Medicaid SB419, The Gas Tax SB367, Fish and Game SB389, Common Core HB, Business Regulation HB1589, Stand your Ground HB135.

Freedom of Speech~

SB 319. As much as the pro-abortion people have tried to play this one to the contrary, this bill was not about abortion. This Bill, known as the Buffer Zone bill was about Freedom of Speech, our 1st Amendment rights. Private college campuses have gotten away with Freedom of Speech zones because they are, in fact, private. Even so, I believe that being told you can say what you want, but only in this spot orzone’ is preposterous. I have not yet been to a prayer vigil at an abortion clinic, but I may someday. I think it would be pretty neat to be able to talk and pray for a woman that is feeling lost and out of options. Many lives have been saved and changed by pro-lifers talking to and praying with previously abortion-minded woman. When the founders framed our Constitution in 1789, followed by the Bill of Rights in 1791, putting limits on, or putting Freedom of Speech and Religion in a box was not up for debate.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Simple and to the point.
SB319 demands that anyone that is peaceably assembled must be 25 feet from a “Reproductive health care facilitydefined in the bill as a place, other than within or upon the grounds of a hospital, where abortions are offered or performed. SB319 was passed by the democrat majority and signed into law by Governor Hassan. A similar bill was challenged in Massachusetts a few weeks ago and the Supreme Court ruled against it…because it violated the 1st Amendment.

So basically what you got here is Dover being led by the Democrat Party, of whom half of them voted against your 1st Amendment rights and the other half didn't show up to vote. Nice. New comers Harrison De Bree and Joe Fraser  are who I endorse. They respect the Constitution and I can guarantee that the both knew far more about the bills this past session than these people that actually voted, or didn't vote on them. Catherine Cheney and Samuel Cheney would be 2 more solid voices for your Constitution rights.

State Senate Representative David Watters voted FOR SB 319. Senator Watters scored a 'D-' from the NH Liberty Alliance and a 'F' from the Americans for Prosperity. We need some of that.

He also the only House Rep in Goffstown that received a "A" from the NH Liberty Alliance. Also the only Republican that showed up to vote. He deserves to keep this seat.

I am endorsing Steve Kenda for Senate District 24. I don't know him personally but he has been recommended to me by several mutual friends.

An  acquaintance and fellow fighter against CCSS, Deborah Anne Olszta is running for House Rep in District 44. If I lived in Manchester, I would be voting for her.

Senate Representative David Boutin voted AGAINST SB 319. He voted right on this one but, I would like to endorse Jane Cormier for the Senate race District 16. Although I do not know Jane personally, I have had the opportunity to be involved in many discussions on FB regarding Liberty issues, including CCSS. I heard her speak last week and came away very impressed. Senate Rep Boutin received a D+ for his performance on Liberty bills, by The NH Liberty Alliance. That is just not good enough.

Senate Representative Donna Soucy (D) voted FOR SB 319 and earned a (D+) on Liberty issues from the NHLA.

Senate Representative Lou D'Allesandro (D) voted FOR SB 319. Senate Rep D'Allesandro has been in the State Senate for 16 years, Executive Council for 3 terms, and a House Rep for four years. 59 Reasons, (and counting) Why Americans Need to Vote in their State Primary.

1)     It’s more important to elect a man or woman of INTEGRITY, than one with a well-known name.

2)    It’s our responsibility to leave the frame work of our government as it was intended by our forefathers to our kids.

3)    Veterans died on our soil because the government agency called The Veterans Administration, had a secret and unreported list of patients. Those that kept such lists received bonuses.

4)    Because we now know that Death Panels are secret lists.

5)    The people who get elected, appoint the people that run corrupt government agencies, often for life.

6)    NH Senator Jean Shaheen was among 6 Senators that signed a letter to the IRS to urged them to scrutinize pro life, pro liberty, and pro-Israel and other 501c(3) organizations. And that should make you angry.

7)    Because if you want to drink a 32 ounce soda, some progressive putz from NY, shouldn’t be able to decide you can’t.

8)    Because some appointed ‘educator’ decided that it’s not important our children learn cursive writing and be able to read the documents written by the men and women that founded our country.

9)    Because there are only so many hours that you can work to support your family and the families of others that choose not to work.

10) Because there are way too many government agencies that intrude and infringe on our rights.

11)  Because a government agency called the Bureau of Land Management thinks its OK to shoot a ranchers cows.

12) Because Obama’s campaign to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour sounds good, but will put millions of Americans out of work.

13) Because raising the minimum wage to $15, will translate into an $8 cheeseburger at the McDonalds drive thru.

14) Because life is not a spectator sport.

15) Because whenever unemployment statistics are released, they only include people receiving unemployment compensation, and do not reflect the number of people actually out of work.

16) Because when the Feds release any statistics, it sounds like the “Ministry of Truth” out of the novel “1984”

17) Because staying home isn’t working out for the rest of us.

18) Because if your team loses the Super Bowl, it doesn’t affect you at all. If Liberty loses another election, we are all screwed.

19) Because some people in other parts of the country have to pay a rain tax.

20)Because Obama often breaks the law when he ‘uses his pen’.

21) Because both parties in Congress have broken their oaths and allowed corruption to spread.

22)Because Congress needs to be fired.

23)Because it’s up to us to take more than a passing interest in our aging parents.

24)Because the Welfare, and Food Stamp program has doubled in size in the last 6 years.

25)Because there is no accountability or expiration date for welfare programs.

26)Because every government program is supported by your tax dollars. The money is not dropped shipped from outer space.

27) Because you know it’s the right thing to do.

28) Because citizens in other countries can’t.

29)Because Obama just negotiated with terrorists and released five of the worst leaders in   terrorism.

30) Because you didn’t get to keep your Doctor.

31) Because the author of the new Nationalized Health Care system is not a Doctor.

32)Because voting is free, but staying home could cost you everything.

33)Because millions of Americans are forced to pay dues to an organization that promotes Candidates that don’t reflect their views or beliefs.

34)Because in 2012 the National Education Association paid out $18.1 million collected from teachers. 95% went to Democratic Candidates, and 5.9 million went to lobbying. Many of these teachers would not have financially supported these candidates on their own.

35)Because we as a nation need to stop tolerating failure.

36)Because we have to stop rewarding bad behavior.

37) Because the term "Sloppy Seconds" should only be used to described last night's Italian Dinner, and not the General Election. We have an abundance of Liberty, Freedom, and Integrity on Primary's (Sept 9th) menu. Order up what you REALLY want, not what your Party is telling you.

38) Because last year the DC shut down the government, and closed off our National Monuments to the all of us including our Veterans, when it cost nothing to keep them open.

39)Because thinking ‘someday’ it will be better, isn’t working.

40) Because we need more living registered voters to vote than dead ones.

41) Because even America’s Bagdad Bob,~ Jay Carney, can’t continue lying.

42)Because a family Bakery should be able to refuse to make a wedding cake for anybody and for any reason.

43)Because gay athletes get more support from the White House than an unjustly imprisoned American Marine.

44)Because Gun Control laws mean nothing to Criminals.

45)Because in 1993 NH had 23 Health insurance carriers, today we have 1. That was NH’s Jean Shaheen’s doing.

46)Because someone that JUST moved to NH, cannot and should not be a US Senator representing NH.

47) Because there is no term limits for those in DC, and it’s up to all of us to send them back home to the reality that they have made.

48) Because a Revolution that begins at the ballot box, is preferable to the alternative.

49)Because current lawmakers are making gender neutral restrooms a reality. And that is just wrong.

50)  Because The Department of Justice, led by the President and Eric Holder have initiated a program called "Operation Choke Point" which is designed to destroy 'certain businesses' through regulations, using banks and insurance companies. This is done by causing these 2 industries to refuse services. These service are essential for the business community. In NH, the most recent target is SHOOTER'S OUTPOST in Hooksett.

51) Because many of the recent mass shootings could ended sooner, with much less loss of life, if one law abiding citizen had been allowed to carry a gun concealed or otherwise. Criminals and the mentally ill, don't obey 'Gun Free Zones.'

52)Because Government Bureaucrats and Big Business want you to stay home, defy them.

53)Because if you don't, Big Business and Government Bureaucrats get to decide who is on the ticket in November, and they pick candidates that further their agenda regardless who win

54)Because there is a difference between being political and doing your CIVIC responsibility.

55)Because Agenda 21 is a real, even if you know nothing about it. It is and will continue to violate your God given rights.

56)Because the UN should have no Authority in the US.

57) Because Obama didn't have anything to do with the creation of the internet and he has no business giving any global rights to do with it away

58)Because the CRISIS of thousands of children at our US-Mexico border was indeed, created by Obama and his Amnesty plan. And some of those 'kids' look like they are 35 years old.

59)Because being offended, and the PC police are pathetic. Every “offensive” issue that is being pushed is being pushed the white elite, and the group of people being ‘showcased’ could care less. We have more important things to deal with.

He is not a gay NBA Basketball player

He is not a gay NBA Basketball player. He’s also is not a gay NFL Football player, and that could explain the silence coming from The White House. His name is Andrew Tahmooressi, and he is a Marine. Andrew is 25 years old and grew up in Florida. He has served 2 tours in Afghanistan and is now in the Marine Reserves. He has been held in a Mexican prison since April 1st.

Andrew had been in San Diego seeking treatment for his diagnosis of PTSD. On March 31st, he had parked his truck that held all his belongings, and walked across the border to find a cheap motel room, thinking he could save $50 bucks. After seeing the condition of the room, he decided to leave and stay at a friend’s house in San Diego. Back in his Ford pickup, and on US soil, he drove out of the parking lot and he took a wrong turn. It was dark and to add to the confusion, some of the roads that he may have been able to turn around on were closed due to construction. When he reached the border of Mexico, he signaled a Mexican official that he needed to turn around. Instead, he was waved forward. He explained that he didn’t mean to be there and that he had gotten lost. He also told them he had 3 guns, (legal firearms,)  and showed them where they were in his truck. He said, “Its a mistake for me to be here, can I just go back to the border?” 5 minutes later he was surrounded by 20 Mexican military and police officials. He was charged with gun smuggling.

Andrew was in San Diego seeking help for PTSD. During his time in Afghanistan, he suffered a severe concussion when an IED upended the vehicle he was in. Besides PTSD he also suffers from a directional dysfunction, where he gets lost even when traveling on familiar roads. A serious head injury could explain why Andrew had forgotten that he had made a 911 call, at the border, which could have aided in his defense weeks earlier. The call can be heard here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otghW_grR7Y

Mexican officials had reported that he never said he was lost.

In prison, he had been threatened with rape and death by prisoners. Feeling hopeless he tried to escape, which led to him being shot at by prison guards, and then badly beaten by the guards, and chained naked to a cot. We don’t know who inflicted the knife wound to his neck yet.

Normally, our State Department would handle this. Secretary of State, John Kerry hasn’t even addressed this officially. A spokeswoman with the State Department said that while on a trip to Mexico during the week of May 22nd, 2014, Kerry “raised the issue” What in God’s name does that mean? With who, when, how? How come he hasn’t been released?

I know that Kerry has been plenty busy. He had to dodge a subpoena to appear before the Benghazi Oversight committee, (sticking to our Military everywhere, btw), He has been ‘Re-energizing ties with India,'. He has publically called on Edward Snowden, to “Man up and come back to the United States”. And he has been interviewing with PBS defending Obama’s foreign policies by saying,"I don’t think the President, frankly, takes enough credit for the successes that are on the table right now,” and he brought up the‘foreign policy successes in Ukraine, Syria, and Iran’ as an example, (more on those lies another time.) He goes on to say, “I think we are as engaged, more engaged than in any time in American history, and I think that case is there to be fully proven and laid out,” When confronted that Americans don’t buy into that, he blamed the media and the republicans, and responded, “… the reason is, there is a general, frankly, not fully informed, not factual conventional sort of process that gets played out in the media.” And he refers to the republicans as the “industry in Washington”~ (opposition reflected in Congress that questions Obama’s leadership.)

One would think that being the President of the US would hold some kind of power and respect among some other Countries in the world. Mexico is supposed to be one of our allies after all. How about a phone call from the West Wing to President Enrique Peria Nieto asking for Andrews’s release? At this point, I would even be ok with a photo op of the phone call, with Barry’s feet up on the presidential desk. How come this true, American Hero doesn't warrant a phone call from the President of the United States?

Perhaps because this Hero isn't a gay athlete? Just Saying.
