A little over a year ago, I decided to purchase a starter kit from Perfectly Posh Skincare Company. I did it for the Sweet deal of over $250 in Skincare Products for $99. The expectations the company would have on me would be next to nothing for 9 months, and I could ride the wave of 20% off until I was booted for inactivity at the end of the year. By the end of the year however, I had an actual team of 15 ladies, and was, to my surprise making a little money and having fun whilst doing it.
Much of my team has fizzled out, since then, but I have built a pretty solid personal, one on one, relationship orientated business and yes, I am still making money without an active team.
