Obama and his Truth of 2009 coming to fruition today.

What does the Veterans Medical scandal and the ACA (Obamacare) have in common? Government run Healthcare. It's really quite disgusting that it took 40 Veterans to die, (that we know of) waiting for treatment, to shed some light in this subject. Now it has been revealed that there are ‘secret waiting lists’ and that hospitals are ‘cooking the books'. Obama responded as he has with every other government scandal that has surfaced over the last 6 years, "Outraged," (again) and has vowed to hold those "Accountable," (again). Jay Carney reported earlier this week the issue of Veterans Affairs is very important to the President and these issues are not anything new to him. This is true, in fact, this guy served on the Veterans Affairs Committee in 2007 as a Senator. CNN even reported this week that Former Veterans Affairs chief Jim Nicholson said that President Barack Obama is "not taking responsibility" And regarding Obama serving on the Veterans Affairs Committee, “He was on the committee, but he never showed up." I remember it being said that this was true through most of his state and US terms as Senator. Even still Obama used the VA as a campaign platform for his first presidential election.

Cleaning Lady’s Reflection: This has continued to happen under your watch Mr. President, as has a whole host of other outrageous scandals. In the business world, you would have surely have received a vote of no confidence by now and been asked to resign.

What has come to light these last few weeks is just a prelude to what is to come when Obamacare is fully implemented. Do you remember back in 2009, when Jane Sturm asked Obama if her elderly mom would qualify for treatment, a pacemaker, under Obama's health care plan? He told her that to eliminate waste, sometimes people will just have to take a pill. That’s when all the talk about death panels emerged. I personally had this visual of mad Doctors in white jackets sitting at a long table deciding who would live and who would die. I wasn’t alone in thinking this, but the picture was so reminiscent of some B rated apocalyptic movie that even those of us who have NO trust in the government cast it aside.

The picture has changed a bit in my mind. It looks a lot like this, like what is going on with our Vets, and what is soon to be happening across the country to all of us, whether you are signed up with Obamacare or not. You may or may not be able to keep your Doctor, but he didn’t lie about this, they will cut the waste where they can. You may not be deemed worthy, whether you are a disabled vet, an elderly vet, an elderly person, a child, a Jew, a Christian, a Tea Drinker, a ….

1. Repeat, Rehash, Repeat.
When you feel threatened by someone, you can take a shred of truth and expound on it, inserting untruths when and where ever needed. It’s very important to repeat this procedure, sometimes for years. Repeated lies can REPLACE actual historical events if done properly and continuously. A Classic example is Sarah Palin’s, “I can see Russia from my house.” It matters not that Palin NEVER said it. Tina Fey (a near perfect look alike) saying it on SNL, was a perfect win for us. By having our ‘news’ people repeat this lie and tie it in with foreign policy we were able to discredit her and make her look foolish. We are still getting mileage out of today five years later

Times they are Changing

Obama is now issuing warnings to Russia about staying out of the Ukraine, and letting them work out their own issues, and rebuild their own government. He said, “Any violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity would be deeply destabilizing, …such action by Russia would not serve the interests of the Ukrainian people, Russia or Europe.” Obama said, “ it would represent a ‘profound interference’ in matters that should be decided by the Ukrainian people.”

 I think this is “Ironic” as earlier this week I posted about US interference, in that same country. A phone call was released weeks ago, presumably by Russian Intelligence, between Victoria Nuland the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, and US Ambassador to the Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt. It was in this conversation that she said "F*** the EU". You may not have heard about it because anything that would prove embarrassing to this administration doesn’t get a lot of airplay. Here is a timeline that I have pieced together.

December 17, 2013- Russia buys up $15 BILLION dollars of Ukrainian government bonds and promises to lower gas prices. (It appears to me that they have a vested interest, besides the obvious of Putin wanting to rebuild his empire.)

February 6, 2014- The phone call is leaked.

February 7, 2014-Nuland apologizes to the EU. (I didn’t find an apology to anyone for conspiring to stir the pot over there.)

The month of February.- Lots of bloody demonstrations in the Ukraine between citizens and their government. Government is overthrown, and the Ukrainian President goes into hiding and is now believed to be seeking asylum in Russia.

February 24, 2014- US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel announces Military cutbacks. Reportedly making our Army the smallest it’s been since before WWII.

February 27, 2014- Russian Spy ship docks in Havana, Cuba. That is about 90 miles from our Florida coastline. (When was the last time this happened?)

In the last 24 hours- Russia has moved 6000 troops into the Ukraine, ‘Seizing crucial facilities’ in Crimea. Yesterday it was reported that VAT Ukrtelecom, a phone company in the Ukraine, said it has lost contact with its Crimean unit.

The Bear is the symbol for Russia. Former KGB, “We have ways of making you talk,” Putin is the head of Russia. Obama is probably the least respected President all over the world that we have had in the last 50 years or so. Is it wise to be placing warnings towards the ‘Sleeping Russian Bear’, when we are cutting back on our military? And apparently he is no longer ‘sleeping’. Just Saying.

Thats Just Crazy Talk

Imagine if you will, a world where things that are so wrong, are blatantly obvious, and ignored. When you point the wrongs out, you are ridiculed, maligned and called names. I was just channeling Rod Sterling. You may think I am crazy already. Or maybe you will by the time you finish reading this post. I have weighed the consequences and decide to go with it. I am writing this without my tin foil hat, but that particular item is on my grocery list this week.

If you listen to news at all, you will notice patterns. Patterns I have noticed have been that, depending on which political party you belong to, that will be the deciding factor on how much air time you get when you screw up. Take Victoria Nuland for example. Nuland was a Spokesperson for the United States Department of State from 2011 til 2013. Now she is the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs. Earlier this month a phone call was leaked, presumably by Russian Intelligence, in which she was talking to US Ambassador to the Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt. It was in this conversation that she said "F*** the EU". You might have heard about that. Now, if you haven't had a slip with your tongue, when your stressed or upset about something, please throw the first stone. That is pretty much how I digested that little news nugget. It was brought up as a quick news headline at the beginning of every hour for a day or two and then dropped. I don't remember anyone going into detail about the conversation, although I may have missed it. Speaking about the video of the phone recording on you tube, Head Puppet, Jay Carney suggested on February 6th that "The video was first noted and tweeted out by the Russian government, I think it says something about Russia's role." As if they were to blame for her language. I had thought that it really wouldn't have been much of a stretch for the 'leak' to have come from Russia. Putin took an opportunity to put Obama in his place 5 months ago regarding US interference in Syria, by writing an opinion piece in the NY Times~on September 11th, no less. With our NSA allegedly spying on just about every country we share this planet with, Russia 'leaking' the call would have been a clear 'in your face' move.

Not a lot had been reported about the content of the phone call, only the part about what she said about "F*** the EU" She was talking to Pyatt about the unrest in the Ukraine. The OFFICIAL party line from the US is that we are working with all sides in the crisis to reach a peaceful solution, noting "ultimately it is up to the Ukrainian people to decide their future" But if you read the transcript of the call or listen to the call, clearly US government officials are manipulating what is happening over there.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9nKx7U4OIA. One might even wonder if there are people in play to gaslight a situation to acheive someone's desired agenda. My crazy conspiracy language is 'gaslight' but this is the actual language from the phone call, "we want to try to get somebody with an international personality to come out here and help to midwife this thing"

A few things to ponder. Why does Nuland still have a position where she can influence anything here or abroad given her role in the deceit and cover up following the aftermath of Benghazi? Why are we in everyone's business, when we have so many of our own problems here? Do we really think that we can or should have anything to with the Ukraine government when Russia seems to have a stake in it? ~Back in December Russia bought up like 15 billion dollars of the Ukrainian Government bonds.~How long do you think it will be until our government gets us into something BIG that we cannot get out of?

I love crime dramas, mystery's, and serial dramas about government. A few weeks ago I saw commercial advertising a show I hadn't heard of that is exclusive to Netflix. "House of Cards". I am a subscriber, so I checked it out. I must confess, I usually only watch 'PG13' programming as I find 'R' and 'M' usually has too much of something I don't need to be watching. As a rule, if I can't watch it and be comfortable with my mom, my son or Jesus sitting next to me, I usually don't. Despite the fact that this show didn't fit my usual requirements, the plot sucked me in. I finished the first season in a week. I kept thinking about the current and past administrations and wondering if that is where some of the plot lines came from...and then I got my answer.

Last week Obama Tweeted, "Tomorrow: @HouseOfCards. No spoilers, please." So apparently he is a fan. After finishing season 2 this week, I would guess that he is a fan of Francis Underwood, the main character who is pure evil, and ~spoiler alert~succeeded becoming president without a single vote being cast.

Does art imitate life, or life imitate art? After watching the reality of the what our government is doing and watching 2 seasons of House of Cards, I think it is an incestuous relationship. Just Saying
